Troubleshooting: after inching the machine to the front gauge and swinging it to the positioning position, put a piece of square paper on the front gauge and gently push it against the front gauge. At this time, the two photoelectric display lights of the optical control detection head at the front gauge should be on. If one of them doesn't light up, it means that one side is ahead, causing the illusion of not walking. Turn the adjusting screw clockwise until the display light is on, and then turn it for 1 ~ 2 turns

fault cause 3: if two photoelectric display lights are found to be on and off or dark, it may be that there are impurities such as paper wool on the optical eye, resulting in photoelectric detection errors

elimination method: gently wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol

fault cause 4: swing tooth opening is too small. You can click the machine to check. If you find that the paper bounces back when the bottom of the swing tooth swings to the point of picking up the paper, you can judge that it is caused by the swing tooth

Troubleshooting: jog the machine to the position where the paper feeding tooth will take the paper from the paper feeding table. At this time, use a 90 angle gauge to measure the 90 position of the tooth pad and the paper feeding board, use a ¢ 13mm socket wrench to cover the tooth shaft tooth nut (operating surface), insert a 1mm screw into the tooth, and then use a 3mm hexagonal wrench to adjust the adjusting nut, subject to a little resistance when pulling out

fault cause 5: paper feeding skew or paper burr, resulting in shutdown

Troubleshooting: at this time, loosen the two ¢ 5mm fastening nuts on the tension bar, remove the tension bar, make it into the same shape with the tension bar with 0.1mm steel sheet (depending on the wear degree), fasten it under the original tension bar, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to tighten it. fault reason 1: the ink bucket has been used for a long time, and the leaked ink agglomerates under the ink bucket, resulting in a decrease in ink output

Troubleshooting: clean the accumulated ink on the eccentric cylinder (32 in total), replace the dirty sponge strip, and replace it with a new ink bucket sheet (the service life of the ink bucket sheet is 36 hours)

fault cause 2: there is ink on the motor screw that controls the ink output, which makes the screw inflexible or even stuck, resulting in no ink output or uneven ink output

elimination method: disassemble the 32 blocks under the ink bucket (Note: do not lose the hollow sleeve on the fastening screw), remove the ink on the screw with a needle, and remove all the accumulated ink to impress the CPC, so that each motor can flexibly hit from the lowest ink output to the highest ink output, and fill the tank with butter, so as to maintain a good ink output for a long time. fault 4: the ink transfer roller does not transfer ink well

fault reason 1: the surface of the ink transfer roller is aging due to long-term use, the ink transfer performance is reduced, and the rubber on the surface of the ink transfer roller cracks or crystallizes and shines

elimination method: if surface crystallization occurs, wipe it repeatedly with gasoline dipped in pumice powder to improve the surface adsorption performance. The surface aging caused by cracks can only be replaced with ink rollers of the same size

fault cause 2: when replacing the ink roller, the size of the machine is not understood enough, which is easy to cause the size of the replaced ink roller to be too large or too small. During adjustment, if it is found that the ink bucket roller slides continuously and the corner increases sharply, it is caused by the large size of the ink roller and the fact that the ink transfer roller does not disengage from the ink bucket roller when it transmits the ink to the ink string roller

Troubleshooting: if this situation is found, stop the machine immediately and replace the ink roller with standard size. Generally, the diameter error of the ink roller should be controlled within 0.5mm

fault cause 3: due to long-term use, the ink bucket roller vibrates greatly during ink transfer, and the ink transfer roller is improperly adjusted, which causes the hollow pins at both ends of the ink transfer roller to bend, resulting in the two ends of the ink roll are not concentric. Generally, when the ink transfer roller works, one end is in good contact with the ink bucket roller, while the other end is not in contact with the ink transfer roller or the contact is insufficient. If the pressure between this end and the ink bucket roller is increased, the entire ink transfer roller will slip, resulting in increased machine vibration and a lot of darker ink, which makes it impossible to print at all

Troubleshooting: remove the covers on both sides, remove the backers at both ends of the ink bucket groove, take out the hollow pins (¢ 8mm) at both ends of the ink transfer roller, and replace them with new ones

note: a hollow pin with a diameter of 6mm should be inserted into the new ¢ 8mm hollow pin to ensure that it will not deform at a Tg of – 10 ~ 0 ℃ for a long time

fault cause 4: the fixing screw of the ink transfer roller control air valve is broken, resulting in no ink transfer or more wear at the mountain side of the ink transfer roller, so that the ink transfer roller will also touch the ink bucket roller when the ink stops

Troubleshooting: open the cover on one side of the machine operation surface and check whether the air valve fixing screws are intact. If they are broken or fall off, they need to be reinstalled; After installation, press the ink transfer roller switch to check whether the air valve works normally. If not, remove it and install it after repair. If the backer is seriously worn, loosen the ¢ 3mm plug screw on the backer, adjust it to the appropriate position, and then lock the plug screw

fault 5: the printing plate is easy to paste and greasy when printing

fault reason 1: too much ink additive or ink mixing oil is added in the ink bucket, resulting in too thin ink and greasy mouth

elimination method: first increase the water volume of the whole page, or clear it unclearly. Shut down again and scrub with wetting powder. Hundreds of copies were OK before printing, and then reappeared again. Considering that Heidelberg high-speed machine has only one rubber water roller against the plate, its water carrying capacity and plate cleaning capacity are not as good as the water roller with a water jacket, at this time, it is better to print with raw ink, and it must be appropriate to add auxiliary materials for special products. When it is found that the oil is dirty due to too thin ink, add the original ink into the ink bucket or replace the ink

fault cause 2: the pressure of the water roller and the water roller is too heavy or light

Troubleshooting: if the pressure is too heavy, the water on the water roller against the plate will be squeezed out by the water roller, causing paste; The pressure is too light, and the ink on the inking roller cannot be removed at the beginning of printing. From the bottom of the water bucket trough, it can be seen that the leading enterprises have not yet formed to the ink traces on the inking roller, which also causes paste. Generally, you can insert a piece of white paper between the metering roll and the water roll against the plate, manually drop the air valve of the water roll seat, lift it up, take out the paper strip and watch the width of the ink bar. Its width should be adjusted to 5 ~ 6mm

fault cause 4: the pressure between the plate water roller and the printing plate is too heavy or too light

Troubleshooting: excessive pressure between the plate water roller and the printing plate will also cause the air valve of the water roller seat to jump.
